1. Introduction
Section titled “1. Introduction”These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Synlit website and
application at [https://synlit.app] (the “Service”), operated by individual
entrepreneur [Full name] (ОГРНИП [OGRNIP], ИНН [INN]) (“we”, “us”).
By registering an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
Section titled “2. Eligibility”You must be at least [16 / 18] years old, or the age of digital consent in your
country, and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service on behalf
of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
3. Accounts
Section titled “3. Accounts”- You provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly at
[support@synlit.app]if you suspect unauthorised access. - One person should not maintain multiple accounts to abuse limits or promotions.
4. What Synlit is
Section titled “4. What Synlit is”Synlit is a productivity and gamification tool: you create tasks, habits, and goals, track time, progress through skill masteries, and spend earned in-app currency in a personal “shop” you define. In-app coins and shop rewards have no monetary value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be transferred or sold.
5. Acceptable use
Section titled “5. Acceptable use”You agree not to:
- break any applicable law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts;
- disrupt, overload, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the Service except as the law expressly permits;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission;
- use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, that create legal risk, or that harm the Service or other users — where practical, with notice.
6. Your content
Section titled “6. Your content”You keep all rights to the content you create in Synlit (tasks, goals, notes, shop items, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising.
7. Paid plans and payments
Section titled “7. Paid plans and payments”Some features require a paid subscription or purchase. Pricing, billing periods, and what each plan includes are described at the point of purchase and in the Public Offer, which forms part of your agreement with us for paid services. Taxes may apply depending on your location. Refunds are governed by the Public Offer and applicable consumer-protection law.
8. Intellectual property
Section titled “8. Intellectual property”The Service itself — its software, design, trademarks, and content we provide — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service; they transfer no ownership.
9. Availability, changes, and “as is”
Section titled “9. Availability, changes, and “as is””We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and “as
available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We may
change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; the current
version is always published at [https://synlit.app/legal/terms]. Continued use after
changes means you accept them.
10. Limitation of liability
Section titled “10. Limitation of liability”To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including consumer rights). Keep your own backups of anything important.
11. Termination
Section titled “11. Termination”You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. content licence limits, liability, governing law) continue to apply.
12. Governing law and disputes
Section titled “12. Governing law and disputes”These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the courts at the Operator’s place of registration, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence provide otherwise.
