Public Offer

This document is an official public offer (the “Offer”) by individual entrepreneur [Full name] (ОГРНИП [OGRNIP], ИНН [INN], address [address]) (the “Operator”) to any capable individual (the “User”) to conclude a contract for paid access to the Synlit Service on the terms below.

1. Subject of the Offer

The Operator provides the User with paid access to functionality of the Synlit Service (the “Paid Services”) — subscriptions and/or one-off purchases — as described on the purchase page at [https://synlit.app]. Use of the Service is also governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance

Full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer is the User completing payment for a Paid Service. From that moment the contract between the User and the Operator is concluded on the terms of this Offer.

3. Price and payment

  • Prices are shown on the purchase page and may include applicable taxes.
  • Payment is made through the Operator’s payment provider [payment provider]. The Operator does not receive or store full card details.
  • For subscriptions, the fee is charged for each billing period [monthly / yearly] in advance. [If auto-renewal applies: the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price until cancelled; describe how to cancel.]
  • The Operator may change prices; changes do not affect a billing period already paid for.

4. Provision of the Paid Services

Access is granted immediately or within a reasonable time after payment is confirmed. The Paid Services are deemed provided properly if the User has not raised a substantiated objection within [e.g. 5] business days.

5. Refunds and cancellation

  • The User may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, and no charge is made for subsequent periods.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. Because the Paid Services are digital content provided immediately, the User acknowledges that the statutory cooling-off/withdrawal right may not apply once provision has begun with the User’s consent, except as required by law.

6. Rights and obligations

The Operator undertakes to provide the Paid Services with reasonable care and to maintain availability as described in the Terms of Service. The User undertakes to provide accurate payment information and to use the Paid Services in accordance with the Terms of Service.

7. Liability

The Operator’s liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service and by applicable law. The Operator is not liable for failures caused by the User’s equipment, third-party networks, or the payment provider.

8. Term, amendment, and termination

This Offer is effective from its publication and until withdrawn or amended by the Operator. The current version is always published at [https://synlit.app/legal/offer]. Amendments do not apply retroactively to services already paid for. Either party may terminate as provided in the Terms of Service and applicable law.
