Consent to Data Processing

By ticking the consent box at registration, I, the user, freely, specifically, and knowingly give my consent to the Operator — individual entrepreneur [Full name] (ОГРНИП [OGRNIP], ИНН [INN], address [address]) — to process my personal data on the following terms, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

1. Personal data covered

email address;
username;
password (in hashed form);
content I create in the Service (tasks, habits, goals, time entries, purchases);
technical data: IP address, device/browser type, session and log data;
payment status and transaction identifiers.

2. Purposes

Registration and authentication; providing the Service; processing payments; sending service and transactional emails; support; security and fraud prevention; and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Actions with data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer to processors (see the Privacy Policy), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction — by automated and non-automated means.

4. Cross-border transfer

I consent to the transfer of my personal data to processors located outside the Russian Federation (e.g. Resend, United States) for email delivery, subject to the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until my account is deleted or until I withdraw it. I may withdraw it at any time by emailing [privacy@synlit.app] or by deleting my account. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it, nor processing the Operator is entitled or obliged to continue on another legal basis (e.g. legal record-keeping).
