Consent to Data Processing

By ticking the consent box at registration, I, a user of the Synlit Service, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, specifically, knowingly, and consciously give my consent to the Operator — individual entrepreneur Kirill Andreevich Lakhov (Лахов Кирилл Андреевич) (ОГРНИП 325527500100411, ИНН 526215248062, address: Nizhny Novgorod, Russia) — to process my personal data on the following terms, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. The Russian version of this Consent prevails.

1. Personal data covered

• email address;
• username;
• password (in hashed form);
• content I create in the Service (tasks, habits, goals, notes, images, time entries, purchases in the in-app shop);
• support requests;
• technical data: IP address, device and browser type, time zone, session and log data;
• payment records: amount, date, status, and ID of a payment, the email address for the cash receipt.

2. Purposes

Registration and authentication; providing the Service; accepting payments, refunds, and sending cash receipts; sending service and transactional emails; support; security and fraud prevention; and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Actions with data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction — by automated and non-automated means.

Processing is entrusted to:

• ООО «Админвпс» (AdminVPS, INN 7708257630, 115280, Moscow, ul. Leninskaya Sloboda, 19, 5th floor, room 21u) — hosting of the Service and the database;
• ООО «Яндекс.Облако» (Yandex Cloud, INN 7704458262, 119021, Moscow, ul. Lva Tolstogo, 16, premises 528) — email delivery;
• ООО НКО «ЮМани» (the YooKassa service, INN 7750005725, 115035, Moscow, ul. Sadovnicheskaya, 82, bldg. 2) — accepting payments, refunds, and issuing cash receipts.

4. Cross-border transfer

My personal data is not transferred across borders: everyone listed above processes it in the Russian Federation.

5. Term and withdrawal

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until my account is deleted or until I withdraw it. I may withdraw it at any time by emailing privacy@synlit.app or by deleting my account. After withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys my personal data within 30 days, except for data it is obliged to keep by law (payment records for tax purposes). Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
