Habits

Habits are the things you want to do regularly — not once, not as a project, but on a rhythm. Morning pages, a daily walk, weekly meal prep. You set the frequency, Synlit handles the rest.

There are two kinds: binary habits you simply mark done, and value-tracked habits where you log a number or note — pages written, kilometers run, minutes meditated. Either way, the card sits on your habits page with its own color, ready to tap when you’ve done the thing.

Synlit deliberately doesn’t punish you for missing a day. There’s no streak counter waiting to break, no guilt screen when you skip. You earn when you show up; you don’t lose anything when you rest. The data still gets recorded either way, so you can look back and see your actual pattern.

Habits flow into Mastery (regular practice levels up the skills you’re building) and Analytics (so you can see which rhythms actually stuck).
